We want you the customer to be completely happy with your purchase. In the event you are not happy with any goods you have received from us, you have the right to return your goods under the terms of our generous 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Should you wish to return an item, please send it back within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in a condition of sale, complete with all components and the original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a condition of sale will be returned to you. All returns will be inspected and a refund for the product(s) processed within 7 days of receipt of the parcel at our warehouse.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory Cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000. Under these regulations, you are entitled to cancel a contract within 14 days after the day on which received the product(s) and return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price and delivery charge. Returned items during in this term must be unused, with all components and their original packaging. Faulty Products:

Every effort is made to package our products appropriately in order to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, providing you return the Product to us within 30 days of receipt. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

Procedure for returning Unwanted or faulty goods:

Our products are manufactured and inspected to high standards, if however, your item develops a fault please contact customer services via our contact page. Refunds/Exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Once inspected by our team, any faulty products will be exchanged or a full refund will be processed, inclusive of postage costs.

Please contact us by clicking on the Contact Us>Returns link to inform us that you wish to return the product(s). We will then provide you with a RMA number (Return to Manufacturer Authorisation Number) which must be included with the item and clearly marked above the address in order to improve processing of your return. We will also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery)

Please note: you will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us. Any goods sent back without a RMA number will be rejected and we will not be able to organise a refund or replacements for you.
